Supercharge the HHR?

Search for Lunchbox and hhrfreek's threads I believe they both used the Kit to start with.

I started with the ZZP kit. You can buy the ZZP kit and save yourself some time searching for parts. A&P will have it parted together for a lot less than the cost of the kit though. Any specific questions lmk.

hhrfreek on this forum has it. I think it is slightly different than the cobalt parts, uses a different belt routing and pulleys, a few of the zzp parts like intercooler.

Thanks
*** just don't have the time or expertise to source parts and figure out what's needed. I don't mind paying more for everything in one package.....if its a good complete package.

Yeah I was satisfied with the kit. I got it installed in two days, loaded the tune and fired up the car. At that point the power increase felt really awesome. I would guess it put me around 210whp(more with a good tuner). I would buy the kit again, yes, if I had no mechanical expertise and no intentions of upgrading further. The stage 1 kit is very reliable as your only looking at a mild 8psi and the stock trans (man or auto) will hold up fine at those power levels. Stage 2 gets you to the point of a new clutch and auto trans work after a while.

Im wanting to try HPTuners, but the local guy hasnt done an sc 2.2 before. I dont know yet which map sensor Im gonna use, as he needs to go through the tables in detail to find out which he can tune for. Id like to use the 2.5 bar map with integrated IAT2 sensor, but need to confirm with him that its in the 2.2 file.
Or Trifecta is another possibility, but then you have to go back and forth through email with vince, which Ive heard can be a little difficult.
