Differences between LS, LT and SS front wheel hub assemblies?
Hi everyone,
I'm new here and was curious if anyone knows if there are any differences for the front wheel hub assemblies for the LS, LT and SS? Not including the optional ABS. The reason I'm asking is is my local auto store shows multiple listings of wheel hub assemblies ( I have the LT ) and it looks like the SS hubs are a lot cheaper than the LS and LT hubs. I was wondering if I can use SS hubs on my LT or are some of the measurements slightly different?
Any info on this would be great

Welcome to the site!
The SS hubs have a different larger spline than the LS/LT the drive axle stubs are larger in diameter
These guys have a good record

As you can see here there are different part numbers listed

Awesome! Thanks for the quick response to my post. Unfortunately I got the answer I didn't want to hear and that means I'll have to pay more for a new wheel hub

Many auto parts stores carry 2-3 grades of hubs. Do the math in your head; usually you can buy 3 of the cheapest for the price of 1 mid grade. Not worth that to me 30 minutes labor, barely greasey, I have done one in my work clothes with no regret.

I would have replied back sooner but was changing the front driver's side wheel hub last night... Won't be using AC Delco hubs again. I only got about 10 months out of it. Wonder how long until the other front hub decides to crap out
