Once you pull the nut cover off, snap off the little tab and you can pull your wiper us like that each time you wash without taking it off.. Did mine the weekend I brought it home.

At PEP BOYS Pro-Line brand 11-2 for about $12.00. Their book says they don't carry a replacement part, but this part is identical to the factory part, so don't bother asking at the parts counter.

So... is it a 10 inch or a 11 inch replacement. My fiance's needs replacing and she said the "wiper blade self service computer" at the parts store said she needed a 10 inch?

From what I have found most web sites state a 11".

Some stores or companies will sub a different size if they do not offer the size used. The line your store has may not offer a 11" and just subs in a 10 inch.
