Affordable tires for '09 HHR?

OK then dlmbrt, I've moved your initial post/question into its own thread, and cleaned it up a bit.
I see from your profile, that you drive a 2009 LS.
So you're looking at 215/55/16 tires if you intend to keep the stock size and aspect ratio.
A quick Google type search while sitting here in my Doctor's waiting room turned up tires in that size starting at $48 each for Chinese made tires(wouldn't drive around the block on 'em myself), to some pretty decent Touring tires in the $85-90 range.
Might I suggest checking out our friends and Supporting Vendors at the Tire Rack, you'll see a tab for them at the top of the page.
My apologies for your post generating some responses not in keeping with our site's usually friendly atmosphere, but as a suggestion, in your initial post...include as much detail as possible...even if it seems unnecessary at the time.

I got 4 sumitomo tires 90,000 mile guarantee for $330 shipped from tire rack.
If you just want enough rubber on it to sell problems to the next owner you can get as low as $200.
I look a miles per dollar myself.
