I bought this last month from ebay because I was going to sell my HHR (which had the dreaded broken flex-pipe) and was just getting it back to sale-able condition first.  I installed it and drove it around for about 150 miles and it worked great (no engine lights, no leaks, etc.).  However, soon after that, my son told me he wants to buy my HHR and supe it up with the ZZP supercharger/headers/downpipe/etc. (He's already ordered the ZZP headers/downpipe.)

I can't return this downpipe because it's used, so I thought I'd try to get some of my money back and possibly help someone else out. My loss, your gain.

This is for 2006-07 HHRs only. (Will also fit 2005-07 Cobalt/G5/Ion)

It's technically for 2.2L or 2.4L automatic transmission cars, but it fit fine on my 2.4L manual.  (The difference is that the manual cars have slightly shorter factory downpipes, but there's enough "play" in the factory exhaust that it bolts up perfectly...the only thing I noticed was the tailpipe stuck out a little farther, but I don't know that I'd have even noticed if I weren't looking for it, and if that bothers you, you can always modify the tailpipe. Automatic cars will bolt up perfectly.)

It comes with everything in the picture: downpipe, bolts, gaskets and removeable O2 plugs.
Notes:
1) You likely won't need the bolts since the OEM connections have studs installed, but if your studs break, etc., these bolts will work to replace them.
2) I didn't use these gaskets when I installed, so these are in the same condition as I received them.
3) This is only 48-state emissions compatible. (Not compatible for NY and CA emissions).
