history: bought at ~147k miles, trans rebuilt at ~175k miles with upgraded parts, 

I'm the 3rd owner and uncertain on when the timing chain was ever serviced (was told by previous owner the original/1st owner was a GM tech that had owned it majority of the time). also unknown mileage on the turbo. coolant drained and filled around 170k miles. oil changed every 3k with full synthetic.
since owned it, never tracked it but attempted a dyno pull but did not yield solid numbers due to the abs fuse was not pulled and the car broke up after 5k RPMs, but at 5K it read 295whp.
the car was involved in a fender-bender by the driver side door but the insurance did not determine the vehicle was totalled. has various small dents, scratches and blemishes as it's my dd so the miles will go up gradually. the price i believe is fair to adjust for the timing chain work but im not firm on the price. any questions please DM me.
