Testing the waters with this. Bought about a year ago having to go a different route due to throwing more engine mods to it.
Bought $368 with tax willing to let it go for $260 OBO.

Adjusts shift firmness and shift point.
Removes speed limiter (tire speed rating)- it does exactly that. 
Speedometer calibration. 
If you are running different wheel sizes (any thing that’s not equivalent to factory wheel and tire height).

Once programmed to a VIN it has to be reverted back to normal to use it on a different car. - I’ll send whom ever that buys this a video of me reverting back to factory as a confirmation.
