I have this Partition that you are looking for. 20759974 is the Part #. The packaging might be dirty and show signs of aging because it has been sitting in a Dealership for over 15 Years. The part inside is Brand New and has never been installed.
The item is Discontinued by GM as you probably know so I cannot provide an MSRP however I do know that the Dealer Cost on this was $878.17 when they purchased it way back when. You can have this item for $825 and I will pay the freight to your door for that price.
If you are interested in the Rear Tray that slides in the Rear Cargo area I have one kit and then separately there are also all three components that comprise the Assy. in case you are interested in it or know someone who is. To clarify I have two of the Rear Tray Assy's.
