I know this isn't a HHRss but it is a LNF. This also explains what Bill has been doing. Enjoy.

Actually, more specifically...

IC piping in August
IC in September

I'm a little more than disappointed in his sudden redirection in priorities AFTER he got us all excited about parts for the HHR. I understand a business goes where the market it, and with 4400 of these things made, it's not much of a market, but maybe the way to deal with that is to not post a bunch of "sneak peak" info about products, then change gears and not deliver. That's not the Bill I worked with 15+ years ago on my then one-of-a-kind EFI turbo GSXR. That Bill was into following through on his commitments. To make it worse, in conversation with BSR (because I can't get Bill to talk on the phone or via email), they indicate there are NO PLANS to offer any additional tunings for the HHR SS. If accurate information, that means all of us who jumped in and bought Bill's $1K handheld are SOL if we ever want to do ANY tune-worthy mods to what we've got... can't change the parameters, can't sell it to someone else... it's just junk. </rant off>

Enjoy his 12 second Cobalt... which is not an HHR.

And since I've stuck my foot in my mouth about my frustrations, I suppose I should also post this from Bill in the Cobalt post linked above...

I was also off work for awhile, laid up with a bad back, and we've had a rash of equipment breakdowns, employee illnesses, and deaths in families...it's been a #$%$ adventure!
I wish maybe my calls and emails could have had something other than "thank you for your patience" ... which isn't much of a way to garner patience. Maybe Bill can post here and tell me to piss off, and then tell everyone else what the latest status is on product offerings.

Thank you for the information X. My panel will not arrive until late October at best. I will do a wait and see if Bill responds to your thread. I also read 2010 is the last year of the Cobalt SS which if true, would directly affect the HHR SS being it shares so many of the same componets.

This is exactly why we sell HP TUNERS!

In my world it is called:CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!

BSR MARKETING MAKES ABSOLUTELY ZERO SINCE TO ME.

Heya!

Oh, I'd never tell you to piss off, but as I noted in that Cobalt forum post, the challenges we've been facing these last couple of months have been beyond daunting. I don't mean to whine, but it's been the worst period ever for us, right on down to employees' parents being murdered. Terrifying stuff, to be sure.

During such times, we are forced to circle the wagons and tend to immediate customer concerns, putting new product development on the second tier of priority. We're catching up now, and will have updated information for you yet this week.

Rest assured, my friend...had we been thrown this many challenges simultaneously 15 years ago, you'd have seen us react in exactly the same way. But we haven't been in business for 20 years because we throw in the towel when the going gets tough!
