2009 HHR SS 5spd

I just picked up a 2009 HHR SS with 32k on it. Was wondering who has made 400hp to the wheels and what all did u do? Whats ur fuel mileage like and how streetable is it?

Welcome!

400 to the wheels is an awful lot of power, and you probably won't find too many answers. All I can tell you is, that is probably not possible with the stock turbo....bigger turbo and e47.5? Might be 400 to the wheels... Most of ss people here have the stock turbo, and the few that have switched and been dynod/tuned are still only 350 ish to the wheels....but maybe someone will pop up and give you a good answer

I don't think the CV joints in the output shafts would live to long, or the drive axle stub splines. and speed shifts will bend the shift linkage beyond repair, so enjoy that new to you SS. search some of the areas for possible answers to dilemma's other have endured

You may want to ask that question to ecopower ss. I think his SS has nearly 400whp.
