307 WHP / 352 Wtrq from Hahn RaceCraft
Here's some recent testing results. We've been developing some new product, and wanted to share dyno results after some weeks of on-road development.
The new products illustrated here: Hahn 3" SS CatBack Exhaust Hahn 3" CatFree Downpipe Hahn Custom Tuning Also demonstrated here are the following products, which are available now: Hahn Charge Air Piping Hahn HP Intercooler Hahn PPC Tuner ----------------------- Testing, Phase I We'll first have a look at all of the above products used with our new Custom Tuning. Below is a nice HP curve, with a 307 WHP peak, which translates to approximately 360 engine HP. Stock is shown in blue. Runs were made in 3rd gear. At its best, our package pulled 80 WHP over stock, approximately 95 engine HP more at that point (as indicated by the cursor). :one: http://www.turbosystem.com/New_Folder/Best.jpg In this next graph, the torque differences are shown. As above, blue is stock. Maximum Wheel torque achieved is almost 352 ft/lbs. That translates to about 415 ft/lbs at the crankshaft. At our best, we are about 100 ft/lbs over stock to the wheels. And, now with PPC Tuner
Our devotion to offering the most comprehensive array of equipment and techniques available demanded that we also test the new equipment with the popular Hahn/BSR PPC Tuner.
In these next two graphs, we can see the same equipment package, but now with the PPC. The curves are not quite as smooth, but the overall effect is still very gratifying for a handheld tuner (as compared to the custom tuning results shown above)! The peak indicated of 317 WHP is to be taken with the proverbial 'grain of salt', for as the power level was oscillating somewhat at that point, the actual peak is likely to be closer to the graphs above...somewhere in the 307 WHP range. http://www.turbosystem.com/New_Folder/Best%20PPC.jpg http://www.turbosystem.com/New_Folde...0PPC%20Trq.jpg The total list of upgrades for these two graphs: Hahn Charge Air Piping Hahn HP Intercooler Hahn 3" SS CatFree Downpipe Hahn 3" SS Exhaust System Hahn/BSR PPC Tuner |

Its snowing here in Ohio |
I noticed you've set the smoothing to 5 on the BSR graphs (they're 0 on the Hahn tune graphs). Given the amount of oscillation going on with the turbo on the BSR tune, I'd be interested in seeing an 'apples' comparison with the same smoothing value... since smoothing generally softens the lines a little, I'm thinking the turbo may be freaking out with the BSR tune, but it's masked into "ripples" with the smoothing setting. Yay? Nay?

Awesome numbers! Do you think we'll be seeing any package prices for any of the products, or will we just need to buy them individually?
