Well he finally pulled the trigger and now Secret Services Auto got ahold ofthe SS and this is the end result....Dyno runs to come later this week....

well glad to see that lazy bum finally get this thing going . can't wait to see it as he will be one of the first besides a couple of others on here. congrats. think i'm going to start messing with more suspension stuff and cosmetic candy till i pay this thing off lol. only two years to go!! i'm happy with my 342hp...now mr eric will have close or over 400.

 

Thanks Brandon it dynoed @ 399 but we are redoing a few things taking the HHR tune file off and doing the Cobalt tune. It's supposably easier to use and tune.....Vince told him that he uses the Cobalt tune and not the HHR tune....

 

The header is a work of art. Nice job! I didn't see pics of it on the engine. Is all the support hardware stock, with just a tune supporting the new turbo plumbing? I assume it's a 5 speed. Are you running a heavier clutch? How does it hook up with that much power? With my stock SS auto, I can't use Launch Control with the stock tires - I can imagine what that much power would do. I need to get some slicks and steelies for the track.
