i want to start putting mods such as a downpipe and a CAI and a blow off valve, one problem is do you have to get a tune on the car if you put on a cold air intake. i live in the middle of nowhere with no tune shops is there someone who can make tunes and send me a file?

The stock setup is a CAI. A blow off valve is for showing off, not really a performance gain. That would probably require a tune, as it would be dumping metered air. The built-in bypass valve does a good job.

You don’t state the year, or mileage. If it’s a higher mileage car, you may want to freshen up the engine and trans 1st.

Also, stock downpipe with the 2nd cat gutted is probably as good or better than any aftermarket downpipe. At worst, nearly as good.

Figure out what you have. Check EVERYTHING out. Compression check. Chains. Consider the the ZZP improved front guide. Already tuned? No bang for the buck like a good tune.

No point buying a bunch of expensive cool-looking bolt-on stuff just to start breaking things.
