Thumbs up new BOV spring installed...

purchased the BOV spring from a known supplier, (don't know if they are a supporting vendor here) and it works great. You can feel the differnce in the spring tension. You also feel the difference in the throttle, very happy with this inexpensive mod, (all of $9.95) and a few minute change. Of course don't I drop one of the bolts into never never land. What should have taken 10 minutes took much longer, which included a trip to Home Depot for the new bolt.
Anyway, boost comes on much quicker, and throttle response is better than before, it is right there. Overall feels good, great addition to any tune that you may have, or even if your not tuned yet, you will feel the difference.
An extra added attraction was the discovery of the lower air tube clamp going in to the turbo which was also loose.
Overall a good mod to do

More info please. I hate how you can't talk about a product for our cars just b/c they are not a supporting vendor here, never on any of the many other forums I am on has this been the case!

I'd love some more info too. As soon as I get my GM upgrade, every little extra mod will be helpful.

Yup, for $12.95 with the shipping, it's worth a try.

Is it really a 10 minute job to change? Should I adjust the wastegate bolt at the same time? ( I have the ADM HP Tuners stage 2 mod file)

Eric, can you describe exactly what this does?
I know we have a waste gate, but you refer to a BOV, which I thought was an additional part that may be added.... Does the new spring increase the pressure at which the waste gate opens? Thus more boost??
