The braided steel line is apparently attached to a check valve to function as one of the PCV valves to the turbo.
Can't tell where the other PCV valve is. I am guessing either it goes to the black hose on the manifold or to the elbow into the air filter.

But that's just it.
Don't know what's going on.
It's only speculation.

Yeah apparently the factory pcv system can allow too much oil back into the intake, making the direct injection coking even worse.
Powell made an air/oil separator kit that was supposed to help too.

direct port methanol injection on to the intake valves, and the redesigned pcv mean the valves will never get dirty. Plus the whole fuel system is upgraded

the braided steel like from the oil cap goes to the top of an air oil separator, the line from the back left side of the valve cover goes to the side of the aos, the line in the middle of the back of the valve cover is removed and welded shut. The line from the center of the intake manifold with the check valve on it, runs to the other side of the aos. The line from the bottom of the aos goes to a check valve and a scavenger into the downpipe, downstream of any sensors. PS, I’m using the TTR pcv cartridge now

A braided stainless hose connected to where the oil filler cap used to be, can't see the other end. Aftermarket charge piping. Aftermarket warm air intake.

It looks like the bypass solenoid has been relocated to the top of the valve cover, one of the vaccum lines seems to be missing.

Something different on the HPFP, a braided stainless line, and something on top of it, looks adjustable.
it’s all intercooled and cooled with methanol, intake temps are lower than ambient. Built LNF and 257. The “missing” vac line is meant to be open
