Soldered the upper MAF wires Saturday AM. CEL at 18 miles. Reset and made it another 6 miles before CEL and limp home mode. However, I had installed 1/2 spacers under the airbox lid after reading another thread here. My car did not like the K&N and appears also doesn't like the lid open. Removed the spacers yesterday afternoon. Fingers crossed...
Still very happy with the TTR upgrades though!

Oops, keep confusing MAF with MAP (TMAP according to the GMTU parts list). Meant soldered the upper TMAP wires. Sorry for any confusion.

That's one of them, that the one is the motor mount and there two tranny mounts.

ChevyGuySS Sep 20, 2011 03:17 PM

oh so i have to get both of them?

RobSSTurbo Sep 20, 2011 04:09 PM

you dont have to but i would get them as a package deal and pretty easy to all of them in one shot. it only takes 30 mins for each one and thats taking your time.

I installed a TTR rear sway yesterday. Not really impressed. I don't see how it is going to benefit any. It was just a bar bolted solidly to an already stationary cross-bar. Sway bars are supposed to move and absorb. It can do anything just bolted to something that doesn't move. I kinda wish I would have left my money in my pocket for that one.
