I believe chevycobaltss3 has someone that can upload/install tunes for him. Let me know exactly where you are so i can find out

 

I installed my "Tune" using a laptop. Pm me for more info. It's amazingly easy.

 

But one has to have the software

 

It's not free but you do need a means to install it, Your or somebodys laptop with a USB port, they send you the tune(via email) for your VIN install it, log a low range run (2 gears) they check it and it's done. It worked for me.
