Nothing too bad, new valves ? Or salvage the valves out of the other head.

I guess that means the timing chain broke at high speed . I bet there is additional carnage under the timing cover from the chain flailing, like the boss where the oil squrter is attached and the mounting points for the guides.

Either way I think in going to rebuild an engine. I plan on keeping it so it is money spent and cheaper then I payment.
