I wonder how much the Kent-Moore tool is. They won't install without a stud tool.

Can't you just double nut on the stud and install it ?

The real problem is getting the old ones out after you twist the reverse torx off. The threads are tight.

This is true, I recently did exactly this. Had to pay a muffler shop $80 to remove the broken stud.
