Two up the middle would be nice - but I don't think it'll happen. Erich and I were going over some options while my car was up on the lift getting lowered. Not really any room to go up the middle (spare tire well).

Yeah, they have enough of them for PT Cruisers.
But for peformance - a single is the best way to go.
