Oldblue if vvt solenoid was bad would that make car sound like rod knock on start up went to leave work an I start the car and it sounds like the engine knocking for ten seconds loud!!! Then goes away this the 2nd time that's happened what would cause that lol

Could you be hearing chain rattle? A chain tensioner with a failed ratchet mechanism will initially allow noisy chain slap until the oil pressure builds so the tensioner applies some pressure. This can happen to either the cam or balance tensioner. This may be the root cause of a lot of chain timing problems. If this is what's going on, with each startup, there's a risk of the chain jumping time and a ruined engine.

But with those other codes, you have other issues too.

only done that 2 times now outta plby 2400 starts the timing chain was done by dealer when I bought car at 180k had this problem since I got car going to replace both vvt solenoids nd see what happens took car to dealer few weeks ago they wanted 3500 to do gas lines nd said that was problem well I did nylon 3/8 lines myself cost me 400 nd didn't fix problem so i won't take car back to dealer ever after that

VVT solenoids can make noise, and as discussed so can the timing chain tensioner because of low oil ergo low oil pressure.

What is that crimp connector? They can corrode and cause trouble, especially when exposed to the elements.
I don't see any wires just hanging.

That gray wire may have a cut in the insulation just below the butt connector.

That does look like a cut in that grey wire . The black larger wire doesn’t look to belong to that harness

Found good used fuel pump wire harness its on the way to replace whatever they got going on its all green on the inside of the wire nd rusted also bought int nd exh vvt solenoid nd fresh oil change nd flush kit hoping this fixes all problems will update after I do everything thanks for all the help guys really appreciate it

That wire was added on by a PO who didn’t know what they were doing, maybe a trailer light set up, thought it was a ground or something? It doesn’t belong there.
