First off, welcome aboard!

Were there any other driveability issues when this first began? Have you had any other work done recently that could have had an impact? It sounds like it could be related to a timing chain issue, but it's hard to say. As for the throttle body, is everything re-connected electrically? A couple of those codes seem to be related to the throttle position sensor in particular. If you can provide a little more information, I think you might get more useful help.

If you removed the TB to clean it and manually moved the "butterfly" while cleaning, you probably damaged the TB internally.
There have been other posts on this site about members doing this. Seems it may strip the gearing inside the TB.

I keep reading those posts.

I have cleaned it on The car hooked up with the battery connected and off the car with my fingers moving the butterfly around with NO problems.

I have NOT done it with the key in the "on" position, that would probably be a mistake.

Hey rastis,

Welcome to the forum! There's a wealth of information here that has helped countless HHR owners do it themselves. However, if you'd like to have this issue addressed by your local Chevrolet dealership, I'd be happy to assist you.

Please PM us with your contact information, VIN, mileage, and preferred dealership if you'd like us to share your situation with them. They would then reach out to you to set up a service appointment.

We'd be happy to assist with any other questions as well. We're only a PM away!

Regards,

Geoff G.
