Thumbs up Sprint Booster

All I can say is WOW . This little device took all of the percieved slack out of the throttle pedal. It simply plugs into the top of the throttle pedal and the harness plugs into the top of it. It has three settings with one being the original and the other two are increased levels of sensitivity. It does not add hp but it certainly takes the guesswork out of left turn lanes and driving on changing grades. It also makes my 2.2 a whole lotta fun to drive with a nice crisp throttle response instead of the factory slush-o-matic throttle pedal. Check it out on the web, they are called sprintboosters.

Just thought I'd share my 2 cents. (still grinnning from the drive to work ).

Spam or Not Spam?

Nope, not spam, just a customer with an opinion of a gadget that worked. I really enjoy the car just not the slack in the pedal. It might seem like a chunk of change to drop on a simple little thing and as such may not be appreciated by all, however for myself it really improved the driving experience as I' no longer disapointed by the lag in response and frustration of waiting for a gap in traffic that I felt comfortable turning through.

I think he meant to say 'scam'......
Please don't jump on me. I'm not voicing an opinion pro or con on the product you posted. I just didn't see how the word 'spam' fit in here.....

Apology

I can understand how it might have been seen as spam as it could have been a posting by someone trying to increase the product visibility. I would also like to apologise to whopper if my previous reply seemed aggressive. My original post was just offering an opinion, my reply may very well have been too hastily worded. I have a condition due to a lower back issues that makes it difficult to drive with soggy foot controls. I found something that mitigated the problem and thought I would share the solution with others, nothing more nothing less.

That (throttle sensitivity) could likely be adjusted with a hand held tuner. Never tried it on the HHR but I've seen that as one of the things that show up in the VCM/PCM programmer and parameter editor when I use my hand held on my GTO.
