I am thinking about building a 27 T roadster with a 2.4 motor from an HHR, possibly turbocharged. Does anyone know where I can get info regarding using a transmission for a rear wheel drive with this motor or possibly the 2.0 liter SS motor.

Find a Pontiac Solstice or Saturn Sky in a salvage yard, then scavenge the drivetrain, you'll be on your way.

Look into the Solstice.same motor as SS but rear wheel drive..so motor and trans would work.....now the wiring part is going to be fun....
