all the recent talks fo CAI's made me want to make one

All this talk about CAIs made me want to make one for my car just for kicks. What do you guys think of the following parts for starters?

Do a test run with the tube getting air from the passengers side fog light opening. Not sure if it can be done, but take a look, should be fun. I know you have foglights but if you're going to experiment might as well see if it's possible.

This is something I've thought about and would do If I didn't have factory OEM foglights.

i have tried this and the problem is finding a MFG that makes a tube where the MAF sensor goes.

it has to fit and work and that has been the problem. the rest is easy and can be done.
Been there done that.

goop luck

I want the filter in a housing like the Airaid but with the intake tube routed to the passengers foglight opening.

Well i came to that conclusion on my old car. They were selling them all for like around 250.00 for everything. So i made my own, using intakehoses.com People said oh its this and that but **** i noticed the diffrence. So that's all that really mattered to me. I really recomended the site easy shipping no waiting, easy return on parts, good cust no recorded mess you get to talk to a real person, plus there pretty cheap try it out.
