BG 109: sucks or worthy?

Hi guys.

Who used this chemistry?
They write this is an American quality product.
Cleaning the engine from oil sludge and restoring compression.
There are many positive reviews, but I am suspicious.

Snake oil in a can. I would not waste my money.

If your engine has oil sludge - there is a problem that needs to be fixed - modern engines using modern oils shouldn't sludge up.

If your engine has low compression - there is a problem that needs to be fixed - any oil additive will only be a temporary fix if in fact it actually does improve the compression.

this is true
What would you recommend for eliminating oily sludge?

First of all, in what engine? And what type of sludge ? Black,Gray, White ?
Using 1qt. transmission oil to 4 qts engine oil is the combo I use to use to clean old oil sludge from engines.
Changed the oil and filter every 1000 miles till inside of the engine was "cleaner".

I’d be very leary of their claims. It’s not your engine , it’s the oil inside slugging up, do you use Dino oil or full synthetic?
There could simply be condensation in the crankcase.

I can say that when I had a Toyota Tacoma that included free first service they put a can in, my result was a 3-5 MPG increase until the next oil change. I would never pay the price they want, back then it was $30-$40 a can..

I don't recall if it was BG MOA or BG 109.

I see - the people sincerely want to help, but people requires details ...
Thanks and these details:
My Hippo = 2,4LT 2006 (LE5 / AT)
I am not 100% sure that there is oil sediment in my engine. But it is there with a high probability.
I use the fully synthetic oil Wolf 5W-30 Dexos1.
I try to do an oil change in the engine every 5-6 thousand km, but not more than 10,000 (difficult operating conditions, frequent engine warm-ups before starting, cold winters, traffic jams in the megalopolis, etc.). I do not wash the engine in the process of exchanging - just pour out the old oil, pour in the new oil and continue on. But 1 time after 5-7 cycles, I still use flushing. I make this decision every time I see that the new oil has suspiciously quickly darkened.
Yesterday I checked the oil level and concluded that it is darker than it is decent - need to wash the engine.
The last time I did this was about 3 years ago, I used the Liqwi Moli composition.
I liked the result, and I decided to buy another can this time. I opened the Internet to find a cheaper can and accidentally stumbled upon the "BG 109". I have not seen this tool before, so I did a short research on the network. I was interested that "BG 109" not only removes sludge, but also increases / levels compression in cylinders. Feedback is also positive.
But, as I wrote earlier, I am suspicious and do not believe everything that strangers write on the network.
That's why I ask you, guys. Chemistry is American, you are Americans, you have no reason to deceive me. So, your opinion will be true in the last resort, provided that one of you actually used this liquid.
Something like that...

I don't think it would do any harm. I do know they have aggressive marketing. My personal opinion is that most of the reviews are paid.

It is not as bad as those "stop leak" products.
