I think i will try the cowl thing. when i was welding to the firewall i pulled the plastic out and it is hollow behind there. the wiper motor assy is the only thing there. l have to take pics when i do it. it will be after i get it back on the road. still having problems with the bags.

good idea if you have a cai that goes really low so you dont ingest water.
