Denso Iridium TT spark plugs

I'm planning on changing my spark plugs and was wondering if someone could explain some things for me.

I would put in stock ac delco plugs, but I heard denso was the best.

Can someone tell me what the deal is with whether they burn hot or cold.

I typed my car in on there website and they told me the right ones, so are they the right ones. Anyone used them, and can tell me whats up?

I've tried those , got lower fuel mileage, and they were replaced after just 30,000 miles, they were normal looking but the gap was opened up by .015 , the AC Delcos are working out much better.

just my 2 cents, but many people have tried different plugs, and almost always seem to come back to the delco's. If its and SS then stick to the delco's, seems these engines were designed around them from what i have read here on the forum. seems anyone that tried another switched back because of loss of MPG or power overall

MIGHT(?) be a better plug......but YOU will notice NO DIFFERENCE in any of the performance criteria.

I have two tunes the GMTU and HP software tune done while on the dyno. I had to replace my motor and went with the newer Gen 3 motor higher compression and all aluminum block and heads. the Gen 3 made some support improvements as well. same tune was kept when they installed the new motor.
on the dyno and road test seemed to have some mild hiccups on wot. I forgot my other motor had the NGK iridium spark plugs 2 steps colder. so I had to put back the same plugs with a 32 gap. bingo! no hiccups and smooth at wot again. so depends on what you have and what motor mods you have done? These plugs work perfect for my set up!
