HHR With Dual Exhaust Spotted!
[QUOTE=SoCalHHR]Why anyone would want to drive around without a spare is beyond me!?!
Why would anybody add either
a) a dummy pipe to look like dual exhaust, or
b) a Y pipe to create actual dual exhaust, when it is just adding weight without boosting performance?
The car is a inline 4 cylinder, with a single exhaust. All that is needed is larger diameter and smoother bends and a low restriction muffler/cat. If you just want the look, epoxy an exhaust tip to the bottom of the bumper.

Ok, maybe im missing the joke
and some photochopped that picture to say they saw an HHR with dual exhaust cuz that picture looks really fake to me... maybe cuz im a graphic designer i dont know... the tailpipe shadowing is very bad on the second one and the placement of the woody graphics is off... they seem to be floating in the picture... i think this pic is what someone wants to do with their HHR but not one that is driven daily... but hey i could be wrong.... .02
I was thinking the same thing HHRsparks, just look at the wood grain it looks so fake, looks like someone copied and past it on there, And the answer to the spare question is that if you have onstar just give them a call , or AAA and they will come fix your tire! lol
Duals
I can't believe anyone would get excited about putting dual exhausts on a 4 banger. The part you guys didn't even consider is the cost for a whole new bumper cover that has the second cut-out. That alone is probably $500!!!!!! Imagine what chrome under the hood would do for your performance.

That's how a lot of the V6 Mustang guys added duals to their Mustang. I was a little extreme and replace mine with a GT bumper, mostly because I had to replace my bumper anyways so I figured why not put the GT one on.
A new bumper is a little much when it's not that hard to do a cut out.
it looks nice to have the dual exhuast, but its sad to have just a tip, and even worse to have a exhuast that doesnt gain any HP its useless, and the pic looks pretty fake. ill post my photochopped hhr but i will actualy get it to look like this.

sorry CH but that pic is a fake... that wood kit is not vinyl... its photoshoped on... im calling shananagans on this pic...
courtesy of hhrclub.org look at this pic... note the reflection in the wood vinyl kit... its really on the car... the pic that started this thread is a fake...
I'm not doubting that it's a fake but there is a vinyl woody kit that looks just like that. Not the laminate one that you posted. I'll dig up a pic and post it later on when I have some time. That would be why the grain looks funny.
