installing after market turbo
A fuel supply inadequacy problem wouldn't show up until run at high power.
How's the battery? Have you tried a hard reset? (Disconnect - terminal?)
Could be a ZZP problem. You sent them your core in advance, right? That doesn't mean they use yours.

Ok so I removed the battery terminal and was working on the harness after that I put the terminal back on. It was perfect I started it ran the codes nothing at all I took off and made it to about half a mile away before it threw shift solenoid code and then p0606 and back to engine power reduced. So I believe your right I'm going to put the hpfp on it soon as possible and continue to look over my harness

OK. So I figured I would refresh this post with all the new parts and what i have done thus far. So i have since my last post removed the entire harness and all wiring. I replaced any connectors or wires that had any type of fraying or damage. While doing this I replaced cam shift and crank sensor, oil sender, and all solenoids in the transmission. I made sure all grounds had a good connection and cleaned the entire engine and transmission adding paint were needed. I added a transmission cooler beside intercooler.
So mods as of now.
T3 t4 turbo
Wastegate
boost controller
Boost Guage
BOV
air 2 air intercooler
Zzp manifold
Zzp map sensors
Zzp solenoids
Zzp wiring
Zzp ecm tcm tune. (Sent into them)
All sensors replaced along with harness being overhauled.
#80 seimens injectors with zzp harness
e85 fuel tuned
Performance fuel pump
After all this I was still in reduced power mode and to make matters worst after replacing solenoids and wiring issues it is no longer starting at all. So I decided to check to see if throttle position Actuator code was the tb since i cant afford anymore for this car i went and got a 2.2 cobalt throttle body and plugged it in and since then i have seen the reduced power come up at all while i havent turned it over but once or twice but before engine power reduced would be on the panel soon as the key was turned. So I'm thinking maybe the e85 fuel sat to long since I had worked on this for so long and maybe fuel is shot. Or possibly some other problem. I'm going out now to drain fuel and try it out run my hp tuner scanner and see what codes I have 😃 oh yeah just received my ho tuner and I'm excited that it may be the tool I need to straighten her out. Sorry for this book but any advice on this disaster would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance HHR NETWORM

You wouldn't be the first customer to suspect ZZP of dragging their feet on a problem until their 2-week return window has passed.
When someone here talks about HPFP, they're usually talking about the secondary fuel pump on the direct injection 2.0 turbo engines, which produce something on the order of 2000 psi. Not appropriate for your MPFI 2.4, I'm sure you understand.
