VVT valves don't do anything unless the engine is running. And, they are PWM not on/off

Thanks to All.. I popped the fuse box cover & pressed in everything under there. Don;t know if that did anything. But they all needed a gentle push down..

Anyhow, I check key & quiet. On & off.. At any rate I'm thrilled, still runs super

Now tighten down the four bolts, just to be sure and check them every oil change, bolts and fuses and relays!
