I put my GMPP intake on in August and have not thrown a single code yet how about you mike. I have notice maybe a 1 to 2 MPG improvement if I will keep my foot out of it.

I'll know soon enough. My wife is getting the T/C codes too, so she got a GMPP intake. I just haven't gotten it installed yet.

I never had any codes with it either. But I had a 1LT so I didn't have T/C. My wife's was a 2LT.

Great looking intake filter

Please keep us informed of mileage and performance gains. Thanks, Curly

I'll be doing a new dyno soon but I don't keep track of MPGs. I've changed the way I drive, so any differences would be difficult to attribute to the intake.

Intake

Hey All,
I put a GMPP intake on mine along with a Magnaflow at about 800 miles after I bought it. Noticed a big difference in throttle responce and maybe a little more torque. Mileage is about 32 at 70 MPH and 24 in town.

I Like It !!! Its a fun car to drive and with the money I save not driving the 04 Denali (6.0 Liter 12 to 16 MPG) it makes the car payment

Mine is basically stock

Mine is basically stock and I get 23 in the city and 31-32 @ 70 MPH. I am considering new exhaust sytem and the GMPP intake with a Trifecta tune in hopes of better mileage. Curly

Dyno tests?

Mike, So have you done a baseline dyno test stock? With the CGS? And will do one with the GMPP intake filter assy? I am really interested in knowing the results on that. Curly
