I keep getting this damn code P0651 and I also keep getting engine power reduced and engine disabled anyone have a clue or has had this problem before I could really use the help

I typed "p0651" into GoOgle and got this link P0651 CHEVROLET 5 Volt Sensor Reference 2 Circuit | AutoCodes along with many more.

Basically one of your sensors has shorted out. You are the second this week!
