Anyone NOT like their ebony interior?

i have the grey interior and i hate it. SEM makes a coating for interiors and i want to change the light grey part(most of the car) to a satin black. just want to know if anyone has any complaints about black door panels.

Also this isnt a daily driver more of a weekend toy so i may recover the seats black too.

I have a black daily driver and the black gets really dirty really quickly, I think grey would be more forgiving.

that was my complaint with the grey. it has stains that wont come off. if black just shows dust more im ok with that cause it gets cleaned pretty often

While the black may show lint more readily, it's easy to remove. Grey plays hell with spilled drinks, etc. I use my SS for transporting developmentally disabled folks and insisted on the black interior. And yes, we do look extremely cool in our Little Red Wagon.

After owning a Toyota pickup with grey interior (and grey carpet), I swore never again. It's almost as bad as white to keep clean. I also had a saddle tan GMC crewcab and it was almost as bad. My current Olds Bravada, S10 4x4 Pickup and HHR SS all have black and/or dark charcoal interiors. It's hard to pick out the stains and it's easy to maintain (except for road salt, most dirt ends up black).
I liked the red/ebony interiors of the HHR SS, but because I tend to keep vehicles 10 years or longer, I was afraid it would end up pink/ebony by 2018.

I also have the black interior. I love it. It does get a little more dirty but, I think it's worth the sleek look it gives.

I don't like the door panels in mine. They all look like they've had something spilled on them even after numerous cleanings
