Blue Tape
 

I'm thinking about putting the "eyelids" on, but want to get them to match color wise. Just seeing how it looks by using blue painter tape. :D

looks good, carry your hhr to your local sign shop and get them to give you some scrap vinyl the color of your car shouldnt cost much i know at my shop we have scrap laying around all the time

I have some scrap carbon fiber look alike vinyl I just may see how it looks tomorrow. :D

I like how it looks but I don't think I'll find vinyl that will match close enough to dark silver for me to be happy. If the shade is off it will bother me.

This is the first change I want to make to mine. Shouldn't be too hard to find white vinyl. My only question is how do you adhere it?

Auto and sign vinyl is self adhesive.

I put the carbon fiber look on. what do y'all think? :D

Looks Good! Cabon Fiber is always a good choice, it seems to go with everything. I am stil looking for Sunburst Orange Metallic Vynil. I have a friend that is a sign and vynil guy, he just did Genmetal silver stripes on my camaro. I dunno how close you need to that color, Captian Howdy
