Attachment 39723 Anybody ever remove the bowtie emblems on their grill or hatch? If so what is behind there? Is it just chrome or will I end up with holes ? I think they are just stick ons but want tomake sure before I try to pull them off. |
I know on the grill there are two holes if you remove emblem. Dont know about the back emblem.

I like the way yours turned out. Very nice. I don't mind the bowtie there, I was just trying to get rid of the emblem on top. If there are holes below the emblem I will have to wait for now or do something closer to what you did.

Yes, that is generally what I want. I have viewed the threads on the decals, from colored to scripted. I thought they would look different if the shape of the bowtie was there, but not the gold emblem. Just kinda a sneaky mod. Maybe I'll have to buy a new one and experiment on it to see what I like.

I was thinking about taking the billet bowtie off my S-10 and putting it on the back. Shaving it looks pretty good too though...
