It's finally warm enough to stick my christmas presents on my car (ok, I've also been lazy and forgetful) and had a couple of questions.

1-While test-fitting them to the lights it seems that the 3M tape sticks out a bit and there's a slight gap between the bezel andthe body of the car. Does that gap let any light through? I was thinking of wrapping it with electrical tape before putting the bezels on to ensure no leakage.

2-I saw another member saying his chrome door cups and antenna bezel were worn on by the winter, has anybody else had any wear issues with the chrome ABS pieces on their cars?
