Since GM is no longer painting them...what color is the primer? I'm assuming primer grey...but just wanted to make sure.

 

I must of missed something somewhere? I bought my boards recently and they were painted from the factory. They discontinued design 1, which will only be available in primer. I checked my local dealer and they list design 2 in colors (which I bought). I can't tell the difference between 1 & 2.

 

I believe the difference is how the step pads are secured to the boards.

 

Mine are on order as well painted all ready for my 2007.
