Talking Custom Decals

On another thread someone was looking for a "Praise The Lowered" decal. While I have not found anything like the one SindyDix saw on a pickup, I did find a site that does custom vinyl graphics.

I'm sure there are other site, but this one looked pretty good. If you have a site you think we could use, please add a link to this thread.

HERE is a link to their site. I also made some examples of the various sizes and indicated their price less S&H for each size. I didn't do the largest one, as it appears to be bigger than people would probably want. I have not used them personally, but the prices seem reasonable enough.

I used the Arial font in various sizes as indicated below. They have various fonts available and you can see those HERE or you can just click on Type Styles on their page.

Small - .75" tall X 6" long - $3.00 + S&H

Med - 1" tall X 8" long - $4.00 + S&H

Lg - 1/5" tall X 10" long - $5.00 + S&H

praise the lowered HRR

It was me courthousedeb, I'm the one... I was asking about it. Man you really take the ball and run with it. I appreciate the effort. It was an off the top of my head question. I hadn't even begun to look into it. If I do decide to I'll let you know what I find out. If I do it, I may see if the would let me submit my own "photoshoped" type. Thanks for the link.

I just checked their link and on their FAQ page they say:
"We accept most IBM compatible formats like BMP, PCX, JPG, TIFF, CGM, GIF, & EPS format" which tells me they don't work on a Mac because TIFF, JPG, EPS, BMP and GIF are universal, or at least compatible with both Mac and Windows platform.

Anyway I would probably try to create something in PhotoShop for myself.

Thanks again.

I have loaded label paper in my printer, printed my graphic, overlayed that template onto vinyl sticker material onto a clip-board and cut the design out with an exacto knife.

I mentioned this decal, "Praise The Lowered" and it's interest in it to SoCalHHR this evening. Perhaps he'll have them made up and offer them on his web site!

Yea, well, ahem... I've got to buy an HHR & get it lowered both before I can get the decal, but I've got the Fever BAD after following this forum for a couple of months and as soon as the dealerships begin getting a reasonable selection on the 2007's, I'm ready. But that's for another thread.
