Door Lock Buttons

The lock stems are not very arm friendly when the windows are down and you want to rest your arm there. I can't find anything to replace the stock ones, although there was a SoCal place that apparently had some when they were in business.
How do you remove the stock ones? Are they threaded or pressed on with an adhesive? Thanks!

You are in luck, the below site one of our many nice Vendors have just the thing for you.
The knobs are screwed in, even with the new locks you would still have cut the rod.
PM me if you would like to see them, all 4 of mine I did.

Thanks to all for the info. I'll take my stock ones off and check the rod. If shortning the rod cures the problem would not the stock buttons work the same as aftermarket and be out of the way?

Smoothies

You cant really shorten the rod enough to use the stock buttons unless you remove the door panel. I cut off about a quarter inch of mine and the smoothie sits flush on the panel when locked.

I'd like to place an order at the store, Mike but just for a few items on the main page, knobs, prism, 3M... and checked out Ebay and noticed an Aooga (sic) horn but with $13- shipping US.... any chance you could ship a horn with my order from the store?

Chances are that the stock knobs wont survive the seperation from the rod.

The shipping covers packaging and USPS Priority Mail. And remember, it is more expensive to sell on ebay.

PM me and we can work something out.
