Are these 3 dimensional or are they decal style?
I really think these add to the car. Nice job.

Yep.........3D they are, just like the originals. Some need to have mounting pins removed so that you can use 3M mounting tape on them.

Mine are the metal style that go on vintage chevrolets. I had to break of the posts, grind them flat and thenput on double faced tape and cut around the letters.

Yes 3 D just like the emblems that came on your HHR.
the LS or LT or the HHR.

What is the concensus on the nicest ones? A few dollars difference means nothing if the finish is off.

All three of the companys carry the same items.
They are all made the same, sometimes on ebay the posts are grounded off already, but not always.

Choose the ones you like best. As for me, I decided to go the route less traveled. Instead of the emblems, I went with square "ports".
