But if you have a similar state law, you can simply follow the instructions....BUT connect to the low beam positive wire INSTEAD of the marker light wire.

That will give you fogs on low-beam only.
what color wire going in to the light is low beam

Tan on the right; yellow on the left.

Remember your DRL is low beams.

All,
Interesting info on fogs. On my 09 LS Panel, it is not equipped with fogs, so I went to the salvage yard and picked up a pair. Not knowing if my truck was wired for fogs, I cut the wires and connectors from the doner. Just recently I was watching a youtube video about replacing the HHR fogs and there was an "adjusting rod" similar to how headlights are aimed, but I did not get that part when I got my fogs, so I need to go back and get those parts.
Has anyone else installed fogs in a non fog truck and if so whas the truck already equipped with wiring AND the provisions for the adjusting screw?
I bought a new waterfall and switch for the fogs.
