Fake Brakes!

I'm sure lots of people have seen THESE but I hadn't until I stumbled on to them recently (scroll down to bottom of page)... fake rear rotors to cover up your drum brakes! They are even slightly bigger than the fronts for more fake stopping power!

Not designed to look like brakes. They are just designed to cover the drum.

Now thats just funny..... Reminds me of the fake V antennas from the 70's and 80's. We all knew they had a TV in those vehicles.

Well, considering all the fake "fender vents" and other plastic crapola that's out there that serves absolutely NO functional purpose whatsoever (even the vent "holes" aren't holes) that a LOT of people can't seem to help themselves from sticking anywhere there's a spot of visible paint, at least these "fauxtors" took a few minute's worth of thinking to come up with. And given their relative weight, there's at least a snowball's chance of them being made in the U.S. and just maybe contributing to the manufacturing sector...
