First post. Question about protecting my radiator. Where do you buy it at?
I have read about the radiators being left for dead because there is no type of protection in front of them on the lower bumper. I tried the search option on here but might have been wording what I was looking for wrong.
Where do I find a piece that will keep rocks and so forth from slamming into my radiator while driving? Thanks!
By the way, I love this site. Just found it yesterday and just bought our first HHR yesterday also!

Welcome. Lots of options from a $4 piece of gutter guard screen formed to cover that opening - to - lower billet grilles.
Lots of good folks and info here especially modding the car. Use the search as much as possible.

Welcome from the OC !
And to the HHR familia!
If you have an 08 (or newer), you should have some kind of protection in place (standard)--but a lower billet will add more and look better!
(my next mod is to paint mine black to blend in better)
Oh yes--eBay is good place to find one or check with the vendors on here (got mine at truckshop.com).

Mine has tighter billets and is flush with the front. Don's has more open billets and sits back about an inch or two in the the cavity.
Both were super easy to install.

It would be a good time for the kids (amusement park) and for the adults with the interaction with other people and cars. I'm not much of a roller coaster guy. Bumper cars, hell yeah! Will look into it more.
Thanks!
