Flame Graphics

The sun finally broke through here in Michigan, so I took a few pics of the HHR today.

Vary nice they look great and they don't overpower the car. Many flames I have seen take over and all you see is flames.

Vinyl of course. http://www.8thdaycreations.com/image...iraspberry.gif

I own a shop that does vinyl graphics. These are a 10 year cast vinyl so for day to day use they will outlast the best paint jobs (although I'll probably swap the graphics or the car long before then). Unlike eBay-special decals, these also have a deep gloss finish and are thin enough to sit on the car like paint. They are also easily repairable and protect the parts of the car they cover from scratches and chips. Admittedly I may be a bit biased, but I have seen enough faded hand-drawn/airbrushed pinstripe jobs to make the decision to go vinyl very easy.

Thanks! I personally love how they turned out (originally they were to be temporary through the winter until we had decided upon a wrap design, but I like them so much, I think all that will be added is our logo somewhere up across the rear windows and replacement bowties to match the grey in the flames).

These are a Thunder Grey metallic color, so they have a slight golden tint when the light hits them right. There is a bright cherry red outline around the whole design to provide a bit of contrast.

Originally the design was going to wrap over the hood, but it looked like too much in my opinion. Sometimes less truly is more and I prefer the look of the flames coming off the front fender.

I wonder what those would look like on my HHR, i would probably do black on black. What does something like this cost?

Also depending on where you are in Michigan you should come to the Cedar point meet heres the link to it- 2nd Annual HHR Cedar Point Meet
If your willing to make some money i may buy some flames from you if you come.
