HIDs...again
 

Im sure theres afew discussions on HIDs but i thought i might bring it up again...

Obviously the plug and play kits are as easy but im looking on the pack of the package and it says to go through a relay then to the OEM connection... Now Ive heard 2 ways of doing this:

1: Buy some sort of relay system at Radio shack and connect it that way

2: Just connect the kit using the OEM connections.

My question is which way is safer? or are they equally as safe?
