Hood Options

Has anyone heard of any aftermarket hoods. Cowl hood or maybe a shaker hood scoop?

I have seen an aftermarket hood, heck if I remember where though... search Google, I'm sure you can locate it.

High Profile Hood $995.

I like the look, if you check directly with them, let me know.

Are they available, and I assume it is a complete, new hood??

Later,
Mark

Did you locate that Hood from Teaser? Was it just the reverse scoop or the entire hood they offer?

Cowl induction just scoop bonded on. If you look at how they did the install, you will see a picture of the stock hood with the scoop a different color being attached.

I realize and know how they did the orginal, the question is what they offer, leads you to believe it is a complete hood with the raised cowl induction. If it is just the "raised induction" and then you have to get a good body shop to fit, $995 is real high?!?!?!?

I assume, after making the first, couple they would build a mold and then reproduce the hood, but then you get into, fiberglass hoods. Guess someone should just call Teazer and see what info is available on the product.

My hood, took a "Gator" truck tire re-tread hit, the other day, flew up from car hitting in front of me. Now grill is messed up and small ding/crease in hood. I am trying to justify, a raised hood and the two tone paint scheme, a little early, that I dream about!!!!!
