Hood Ornament

just wanted to try this hood ornament on for size, see what everybody thinks...

I like it. Gives it a classy look, and goes well with your chevrolet scrip on the side of the hood.

OK, seeing as how your asking what we think....
Me thinks it's a bit too far back. However, placement if forward would seem too far down on the hood to look 'right'. I would opt for one like Flamin'HHR
has that has more of a line behind it. Seems to 'go with the flow' lines of the car.
I would have to be absolutely sure of placement before drilling a hole in that purdy hood!
I do like the idea of a 'Tinker Bell' adornment on your HHR though!

That was the closest i could get a 'flat' surface for the base, I did like Flamin'HHR's but ... i wanted something with wings (redbull gives you wings , lol) this is a cheap plastic replica, (glue on) untill I decide i really like it

I like the idea, and the ornament isn't bad looking...............retro style and it makes you happy. Problem lies in the fact that the hood just doesn't lend itself to a short based ornament. I have to go with the longer rocket style.
