I wanted to stripe the HHR SS in some fashion. I debated Rally stripes (2) down the center of the car like we all see on many camero's. I debated doing some side graphic. But wasn't sold on either...

I saw a sports car with Le Mans fender stripes. I knew that was it. I tried a mock up with electrical tape.

First with narrow stripes (thumbnails are clickable to enlarge)


Then fatter stripes


So once again I called upon Chris from Milsoft to fill the order.


I lined them up with painters tape and used soapy water to work them into place.








I love love love the look. It works so well because our fenders flare out so much with a shelf type top.
