Little bit of rust

I replaced my rear beauty bar today and noticed some paint had rubbed off on the other one, and a little bit of rust is starting to poke through. How can I combat this?

Thanks!
Andy

Yea i would touch it up but remember rust is cancer the only way to really get rid of it is to remove it.
